A. Yes, sewer and stormwater drainage for new homes and extensions, from pre-slab pipework through to final connections and as-built sign-off. We work with your builder and arrange council inspections at each stage.

Q. When should the drainlayer be involved in a new build?

A. Early. Earthworks and pre-slab drainage happen before the concrete goes down, so we plan in with your builder at slab stage and return for the sewer, stormwater and downpipe connections later.

Q. Do you handle as-builts and council sign-off?

A. Yes, consent inspections, drainage as-built plans and the certifying sign-off that your council needs to close the building consent.
